No more fees for miles transfers

From January 1, 2021, Lotusmiles members will no longer have to pay VND 235,000 domestically or USD 10 overseas as a service fee for transferring bonus miles. The new policy helps members save on costs when receiving transferred miles to exchange for attractive rewards from the Lotusmiles program. The transfer fee by mile package remains unchanged.
